1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of designated fees. While we provide expert guidance and thorough pre-submission audits, the granting or refusal of visas remains under the sole authority of the respective government embassies and consulates.

2. Accuracy of Information

Clients are strictly responsible for providing true, authentic, and complete information. Submission of fraudulent or altered documentation will lead to immediate cancellation of services and potential embassy blacklisting, for which Brooklyn Travel & Tourism bears zero liability.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Government and consular application fees are non-refundable once submitted to embassies. Service consulting fees are subject to our cancellation schedule based on work performed prior to formal notification.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive international travel and medical insurance prior to departing on any journey.
